I have worked with more than $1 billion in investment capital. Turnarounds I led improved profit margins by around 45%. I have closed three M&A transactions with a combined enterprise value of over $15 million.

On the operating side, one receivables reset moved DSO from 78 days to 45 and unlocked more than $500,000 of working capital. A manufacturing change lifted efficiency by about 25%. I have also worked with about five early-stage MENA ventures, in fintech and agritech.
